Hi all, we are moving to Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield and need a conveyancing solicitor to help with the transaction. Can anyone recommend a good firm or individual? Thanks in advance

We are in the throes of selling/buying too. We're with Davisons solicitors in Cotteridge, but they have several branches.

They did our last house move too and it was pretty problem-free and a good price. We haven't completed yet, but every search was dealt with quickly and they've been very responsive when we've had a query. So, so far, at least, I'd happily recommend them. A friend used them for her divorce and was very happy with their service too.

Good luck! I started this off feeling v laid-back, but as things have progressed and our buyers keep delaying, and the moving date keeps being put back I'm finding it increasingly stressful!
