Experience of The Grove Primary School, Cambridge?

Does anyone have any direct experience of the Grove Primary School?

My son has been offered a reception place there for September, our third choice school. We quite liked it when we looked around and the recent Ofsted was much better than previously.

But we'd love to hear from anyone who actually has children there? Particularly whether they are able to stretch brighter children sufficiently?

We know the reputation and that it feeds into Manor (sorry, North Cambridge Academy!) etc etc.

Thanks!

I don't have experience of the Grove personally but do know a family whose children go there and they are happy and are doing very well.
Also congratulations to the Grove on their 'Good' Ofsted.
Also, North Cambridge Academy is probably a positive development for the old Manor School. They are also about to have a complete rebuild of the school.
North Cambridge Academy is a school I will be considering as an option for my oldest in a couple of years.
If you liked The Grove on visiting, that is a very good sign.

Thanks for the reply :) Good to hear that people are happy with The Grove.

My comment about the NCA was tongue in cheek - I know a school can change enormously in a few years under good leadership and management - we'll see how it is in 7 years time for us!! :)
