please could you take a minute to vote for my Youth Group I volunteer for- SPY (St Peter's Youth). It is totally free to vote and anyone 16 years and over can vote.
I have nominated SPY for an engage Mutual Assurance Community Award for £5000 (8 x £5000 up for grabs) and we've been shortlisted! Times have hit us hard and £5000 is a lot of money to us. We have over 700 young people accessing lots of different projects. I help run 4 martial arts sessions per week (around 25 children every session). All the groups need new resources as the equipment is worn out. We would also like to set up fitness and cookery classes. All our young people are aged 5-19 years old, our area is St Peter's Ward Ashton under Lyne.
