new to Woodingdean

Hello,
anyone interested in meeting up with me and my 4 year old son, he will be starting school in September. We have just moved to Woodingdean from London and have met lots of lovely people at playgroups etc but would like to meet up with people outside of more 'formal' groups for things like scootering, playing, going to the park, having a coffee/tea, walking by the sea or visiting museums etc. We are free Mondays and Tuesdays, afternoons probably better. We are happy to travel in and around the area, not limited to Woodingdean. Is there anyone in a similar situation/area?

How are you adjusting? I live in Brighton but am considering Woodingdean as a possible move -- I'd be interested to hear your thoughts now that you're a few months in. (Sorry I can't offer much meetup fun, as we're not there yet...)
