Childcare for 7 month old a few hours a week

I could ask my nanny - she looks after my 2 yo twins Monday to Thursday but is looking for work on Fridays (she lives in north sheen).

I am available all day including drop offs and pick ups. I genuinely enjoy working with children. I am extremely reliable, patient, caring and fun.
