Hello - has anyone tried Buggyfit in Richmond Park?
I am thinking about trying it and wondered if anyone else has? My LO is 6 months now and I need to start shifting my baby weight!

I do BuggyFit with Anna Coe (same instructor) in Surbiton. She is brilliant! She really pushes us hard but always takes into account what our bodies can cope with post partum. I truly believe that the techniques she has shown me will serve me for the rest of my life. I heard that the Richmond Park class is brilliant and has the added bonus of amazing surroundings.

Also, Anna is a really fun person.
