Hi everyone!
I am new here and we are moving to Bradford area very soon. I applied for an in-year school application for my children and it's been a month waiting for some updates but got no reply. I phoned the council but I have been informed that there is no available place for my children in the preferred school. They suggested to choose or find other school outside the catchment area but I told them I cannot drive, I have no car and we will be new residents in the place. Any advice from mums here? How long does it takes me to wait for an answer from Bradford Council? I don't want my kids to sit at home and not going to school because the council said they have no place for them. Transportation will be the main problem if they send my children miles away, not mentioning the stress they will feel in the new area.
