Lewisham Secondary Schools admissions policy question

Hi,

I see on Lewisham 's education website and on the various secondary school websites for Lewisham that one of the criterias is on direct home to school distance. However if I look on the good school guide website for catchment area maps for example , it seems that the zones around schools are divided in areas of priority and an address very close by might be in a zone of a lesser prority. Can I rely on these catchment area maps or should I stick to the direct home to school distance as per the school admission policies and published reports?
Many thanks

For example, I live in Crescent Way which is very close to the school , however it is in a zone of priority 3 only for Prendergast Hilly Fields School based on these catchment area maps.
