Hi, I am looking for a reliable handyman for a few odd jobs around the place. Especially hanging a very heavy mirror.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks,

Hi Lauren,
I have used a great handyman just last week. His mobile number is 07786649941. Have found him on Rated People. His company is called Solid UK (if you want to check them out). Was great, professional, clean, and charged much less then other quotes I got.
Good luck!Smile

Ok, this might sound a bit sexist but I got really fed up with being patronised, called 'love' and asked for cups of tea by tradesmen working at my house so I've started using Home Jane who only use women carpenters, electricians, pumbers etc... I don't think they are much more expensive than others. I had them out to put up a curtain rail in a tricky bay window a few months back and I think it was £40 per hour - plus she got it done quickly as she didn't have to keep stopping to have tea!

If you google Home Jane you should find them.
