Hi everyone…
desperate need of advice/recommendations. Will be moving to Oxford soon. My DS will be attending school in North Oxford and will need to commute to High Wycombe after school 3x per week. Travelling needs to be within 1 Hour by public transport. My eldest will need local shops and a cinema nearby. I will need to be able to get to London within an hour by public transport. So far, Bicester seems to be the best on offer, but not sure what it is like to live there. I like Witney, but due to the lack of rail transportation, I have gravitated towards Bicester. If anyone has some other suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated and also areas in Bicester to live or to avoid. Thanks in advance.

Bicester is up and coming and there are lots of great areas to live. We like the area known as Langford Village off Peregrine Way, Bure Park in the north of Bicester with lots of flower names is also popular with families.

Have a drive round and see how you feel about the different areas then go with your gut.
