I'm currently considering a council house swap from where I am now, Devon, to SE10. I have been told a lot of really lovely things about the area, but have also found things online that suggest that this particular part of Greenwich isn't very nice - I believe it borders Deptford and Lewisham (you'll have to forgive me, my knowledge of London south of the river is VERY limited!)? I'm no snob but I'd like to hear what people from the area actually feel about where they live.
