Estate agents to recommend in Kingston

We (family with a 2-year old) are planning to move to Kingston this summer to be closer to work. We will probably rent for a while before considering to buy a home. One major question is which estate agent to go with. We are fairly new to the country and do not have much experience with renting in the UK. Judging by the reviews available on the web, it sounds like most agencies are only interested in your money and do not provide much service (or try to keep your security deposit). Has anybody had some good experiences with a particular agency (or chain) in Kingston that they could share?

Thanks for the tip. I had a look and recognized some of the agents that received poor reviews. However, I will have a look at the others while waiting for responses.
