Wanting to meet some new mummy friends.

Hello, I am a mum aged 21 looking to meet some new mum friends. I used to live in bristol, but me and my partner have now moved out to Radstock, near Bath. My son is 18 months old and bursting with energy, therefor wanting to find him some new friends; also would be nice for myself to meet new people.
My partner works full time, and there is only so much I can do in the day to keep little one busy.
I am happy to travel to bristol, as would be nice to meet with somebody for a coffee or play date.

Pippa, just seen your message. I am in Paulton I often go to a few groups around the area and can give you some recommendations to try The messy plays at any of the children's centres are great, also the sing and rhyme at the library is good. There is also an NCT group at farrington playbarn during term time 1.30-3.30 Mondays, a bit of Softplay fun and a chat :) the mums are really lovely and approachable. I've stopped going as my daughters gymnastics class clashes. They also have a Wednesday morning group at the radstock children's centre 10-11.45 which is very relaxed, it's more focused on a drink and a chat, rather than a focus on activities, so is good for meeting new people :)

Hello, Im 26 on maternity leave with a little 4month old and a 4yr old girl whos in preschool. just wondering if anyone fancied doing a park outing or softplay? I dont know if any other users also bribe - buuut I bake, so may even bring a few cupcake along :D x

Ooo yes :) I have a 1yo and a 3.4yo, we try to get out to a few groups and meets, park and Softplay too. Can't wait for the sunshine to arrive and more play at the park :)
