St Blazey/Par....help please?

After trying loads of other areas and having house moves fall through, I may have found something in St Blazey/Par......can anyone tell me about the area please? I have 3 children 4, 7 & 9 so would appreciate any help about the area being safe, friendly etc. Thank you so much and hope you are all safe after that terrible weather you have been having x

You're right about the weather... It's been a tough old winter but we're coming through it ( and starting to dry out a little!).
