I had a letter today from tax credits saying their are looking at my award as information they have is different to what I gave them which I can see I have given wrong figures
The letter says not to call them if I agree with them which I do
But end if the letter it states
If we suspect you have committed a criminal offence we may carry out a criminal investigation ,which could lead to a procescution.
Do I write or just leave it back to say how much have to pay back? And can I go to prision?
