Giflow,
You're the winner. Not because you added the Jacqueline, just because your name was randomly picked!

You'll hear from the organiser forthwith!

It would be lovely if you came back on the thread afterwards and told us about it.

Our trip to see Fame:-
We were so excited and couldn't wait to enjoy the evening at the threatre. My daughter invited two of her friends from school, they were both very impressed.

Although there were not any songs, other than "FAME!" that I or other members of the audience have heard of before, the new songs were catchy and quite memorable in a tongue-in-cheek way. We were all transfix by the dancing and singing of the cast, and although our performance on the aisles do not compare, we gave it a go.

I was extremely happy the theatre adaption of the TV series, which was not a dissapointment in meeting our expectation, of something equal if not better, in entertaining.

A timeless classic, in the mordernist way, maybe? As now a second generation has the pleasure of sweat pants and bandaners :-), the orginal claw to fame, Simon Cowell must have pick up a tip or two.

Our night was nicely concluded with the chance opportunity of gaining a picture with two of the cast of Fame at the train station, on the way home.

Fame, for a younger or older audience a must see, all will be entertained.

Hi Giflow

Thanks for giving feedback. It sounds as if you had an entertaining night out!

No legwarmers in the mix with the sweat pants and bandanas?

:-)
