Hi Salty - I've just spotted your post. I'm afraid that the MN local board for Essex is very, very quiet.

I'm in Essex, but not too close to Grays. However there is a lovely group called Thurrock Mums on Facebook who have meet-ups in real life, it might be worth checking them out - you should be able to click on my link above.

There is also Thurrock Community Mums and Dads which does lots of stuff for parents including buggy walks, which can be a great way to meet people.

Give me a shout if you can't find them and I'll try relinking.
