Hello fellow mummies!

My name is Cally mummy to Izzabelle 4 and Elodie 16 months and I know that it can be a nightmare to find time to exercise with babies and toddlers to look after. I gained 4 stone during my second pregnancy and hated how it made me feel. So I started training with the baby in the pram.

I am going to be starting yummy mummy buggy fitness sessions in Diss on Monday 10th February 2014 at 9:30am.

Sessions will run for around and hour and cost £5 per session on a pay as you go basis.

It will be a fun friendly relaxed atmosphere where you can get together with other mums reach those fitness goals and meet some new friends! :)

Sessions will run Monday morning 9:30-10:30am
Tuesday morning 9:30-10:30am
Thursday afternoon 1:30-2:30pm

I will also be running a Yummy Mummy class at Roydon Village hall on a Sunday morning at 10-11am where I will be happy to stay around at the end and offer advice and answer any fitness and nutrition questions you have.

I am level 3 qualified in fitness instruction and personal training and am currently undertaking my level 4 in advanced and specialised exercise for pre and post natal women. I can offer one to one sessions, exercise and training programmes, running programmes and nutrition plans.

If you are interested I can be contacted via facebook ( Cally-louise taylor) or on 07506412319 please feel free to come along and try out the sessions. Do not hesitate to contact if you would like any more information.

Thank you :)
