Dear mumsnet richmond parents,

We have been living in richmond for the last year and with our DD1 on the way, we are looking to buy a property in Queens Court development. We are wondering if this development falls within the catchment areas of Vineyard or Marshgate schools? I think the post codes are TW10 6LA and TW10 6LB. I have checked the maps published by the borough and neither covers this development, but they are only first offers; will the second offers cover it?

Thank you in advance, best regards.

Best contact the local authority. I know of a child who did not get a place at Vineyard last year who lived in queens court, but last year was exceptional with siblings.

To be honest in the borough I think you need to be about 300m away to have full certainty of a place with community schools. It's very hard for parents to predict.
