Hi, we're looking at moving to Leeds, and have seen a house we like on the edge of the Fairfield Estate, Bramley. We know it's not the nicest area but we only have a small budget. I've heard it used to have a bad reputation but it's not as bad these days, anyone know how true that is? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer :)
