Commuting from Oxshott - help please!

We've seen a nice property in Oxshott, but are curious about the commute.

How busy is the car park and the trains?
If you get a 7.30/8am train can you park in the station car park? And can you get a seat on the train?
It anyone knows it would be helpful before actually trying the journey!
