pre-school/young children language classes

Hello,
Just a speculative post really. Wondering if anyone was aware of any local language classes (not 1-2-1 tutoring) for age 4 up?
I would really like my son to have a decent level of proficiency with a 2nd language and know that the school system is unlikely to provide this.
Was hoping there would be some sort of language school at weekends to learn French or Spanish.
He's only just turned three so not really looking for another year, but google hasn't really shown anything.

i haven't heard of anything like that for younger children - but there's bound to be something online, maybe you could learn together.
