Anyone used Time for You?

I had them round to discuss it, but I decided they were too pricey. They charge something like 3 quid an hour (maybe more) to the agency, and were insistent that we needed 4 hours a week minimum.

Given that this meant that we would be paying them more than 500 quid a year for doing basically nothing, I figured I would prefer to pay a cleaner direct.

I say this having had generally a bad experience with Bella Casa which work on the same basis. I had a lot of trouble with the cleaners never working the hours they were paid to and not doing a particularly good job - so maybe this has put me off agencies.

Thanks both...still in two minds. I did hear good things a while ago but don't now know where! I guess they do supply a cleaner if yours is on hols, vet them, insure them etc....but yes it does put the price up.

Has anyone used My Home
I like that they employ their own cleaners.
I am so desperate for some help with house work and after being let down by several self employed cleaners I think an agency may be the way to go.
