Just moving to Cranleigh and starting to think about childcare for my 15mo ds. I'm going to ask on the other board about nursery recommendations, but I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for ad hoc childcare. It would be entirely flexible and probably comprise 2-3 hours once or twice a week. I'd love to have someone who can become part of the family long term (iyswim). Thanks!
