We don't have time to fit in lots of after school activities but I was wondering what activities there are around Hampshire. The sort that you book and turn up for.

We're going to give Alton climbing wall a try during Feb half term. And we have the new indoor sky diving in Basingstoke, which I've heard good reports about so we'll do that sometime next year.

Moors Valley Go Ape have just started running the Go Ape Junior which we'll get to at some point.

There aren't any indoor ski centres anywhere near us are there, I know there was a dry slope in Southampton 25yrs ago? The nearest must be the Milton Keynes one?

Calshot has a dry ski slope, not sure if general public can use it, I've been with school groups, they've a velodrome too.

Avon Tyrrell near Burley run stuff in the school holidays.

We go camping there, it's really cheap and lovely and laid back, they've started doing playscheme days for 5s and up didn't get dd booked in this year but definitely going to do it this summer. It's built up the activity side over the last couple of years, before it was really just a campsite with some extra activities for youth clubs.
