I went to the carol service at Grace Church on Peppard Rd in Emmer Green and it was mentioned that they have received funding from Waitrose to put on a Christmas meal for anyone on their own or lonely at Christmas. It will be after mass on Christmas Day.
I just thought this was a great idea for those who are on their own at Christmas. If you know of anyone, elderly neighbour etc? who may be interested would you please let them know that this is available and maybe they could contact Grace Church to let them know they would like to come.
