What's the going rate for before-school childcare?

Just a quick poll. For people who have before-school childcare, how much do you pay per hour? I'm thinking either nanny, or "responsible person", who comes to your home to supervise breakfast and the walk to school, rather than a childminder or breakfast club.

Also, where did you advertise the role and what sort of response did you get? Was there a choice of good quality applicants, or was it a bit of a struggle to get someone suitable?

I'm struggling with same topic so interested on hearing opinions, tips, etc.
Just moved to TW1 and my only option is to leave home at 7am leaving behind my 11yo son to get his things done and on his way to school. Having him walking alone to school feels fine but getting him to prepare his own breakfast and leave home on time....
