Anyone know where I can get a metal picture frame cut down in size?

Hi,
I have been given a picture with a frame that is too big for the space I have. I need to get it made smaller, but all the picture framers that I have asked, are unable to do this for me. They apparently buy their metal frames already cut to size. Does anyone know of a framers or even an engineering company who could cut professional looking mitred corners on a metal frame? I'm happy to travel, at least in S Wales...

Still no luck. They couldn't suggest s framers that might have the tools to cut metal frames either. Perhaps I need to find an engineering company...

Oh bad luck. Any chance you could change the frame or is the picture part of it?
