'Optimums-To-Be' is a free antenatal support group, for pregnant women, in Swindon. The aim of the group is to allow pregnant women the opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be, in a friendly and informal setting, while learning a little something about pregnancy, birth and babies along the way.
Each week we have a different topic and sometimes this includes a special guest. However, please don't feel that is the only subject you can discuss during our meetings. Our discussions frequently go off on a tangent and our weekly topics are merely starting points. You can choose to come every week or just to the meetings that are of particular interest to you.
We have 3 more meetings this year, before taking a break over the Christmas and new year period.
The meetings are from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday evenings and are held at 17 Dulverton Avenue, Swindon SN3 2NT.
