We made the mistake of paying twice for a party that we had for our son in Kingston a month ago at JellyBugs . Despite repeated assurances and promises of a refund from Paula Dixon (the owner), we have received nothing and our emails are now being ignored. We will never use them again!! Appalling way to treat customers!
Has anyone had the same? If so did you get your money back? I can't believe the cheek of this woman.
