Moving to Larkfield.......what is the area like?

Hi, we are hoping to buy a house in the new housing development opposite Larkfield swimming pool? We have a young child and have no knowledge of the area. The house would back onto the industrial estate where Tiny Town is. Is this a noisy industrial estate?
Also what is Lunsford Primary School like as this would be the nearest school.
Please can you help as we hope to get the house. Many thanks ??

I've lived in Larkfield all of my life and it's a really nice area and a great location. Lunsford has a good reputation, although I don't know it personally. The industrial estate behind the houses is busy, but only in office hours and I don't think will bother you as a family. Good luck with the house, I'm sure you'll love living there.
