Need opinion on moving to Larkfield?

Hi all,
We are looking to buy a house in the new house development opposite Larkfield swimming pool. We have a 19 month old baby and want to know what the area is like as have no knowledge of Larkfield. The house will back onto the industrial estate where tiny town is. Is that a very busy industrial estate?

What is Lunsford Primary School like as that would be our nearest school.
Please can you give us your opinions as we do like the house and would like to buy. Thank you for all your help. ??

By all accounts the swimming pool is really good!
