Planning to move to Epsom or sutton

Hi! We are planning to move to Epsom or sutton. I don't know anyone who lives there locally and was wondering if the local mums could advice me on which places I should avoid buying in & which areas are nice to live especially for children. I have 2and half years son, so need to be near good schools. Please can you provide information on good primary schools and nurseries. Looking forward to your replies that will help make our decision easier. Thank you for your response in advance

Hello there, we've lived in Epsom for 9 years and it's great for families. There's lots to do and the schools are good and lovely places to live here.
