Estate agents in norwich

Would be great if anyone could recommend good estate agents in norwich. I am looking at areas like cringleford, wynmondham, eaton and other nice residential areas not too far from the city centre (15 mins drive)

Thanks!

We had a good experience with William H Brown in the city centre. Might be worth a try.

Keep away from JSM, they took us to the wrong house despite clear instructions on where we wanted to go and didn't bother to arrange a viewing on another house we asked to view or even do a courtesy call back. Awful. Also my husbands colleague rents with them and they have had a lot of problems too.

Hart on the other hand have been wonderful, polite and competent.

W H Brown are ok, but if you are renting once your in the team who deal with property management again lack in competence, from not sorting problems with the house to lack of returned calls and inspections several months late. Also letters sent out to say we were late with our rent when in actual fact we were and always are 2 weeks ahead of its due date. The guy who delt with the actually letting and application was very good so perhaps if not renting then they would be good.

Jury is still out on the others, still looking for a place in the golden triangle so no doubt will deal with some more along the way!

hope that helps, good luck ??

I would definitely avoid JSM too. The trouble they have caused with lack of competence and outright lieing, does make me wonder how they stay in business.
