Its one of the areas we are looking at along with Godalming and Dorking. DH has fallen in love with a property on a road leading to Farnham Park (Park Road in fact). Can anyone tell me about the area? It looks great being so close to the Park and centre but all I read on the internet is about how you must be in South Farnham for the schools. We are mostly interested in state secondary (not for some years but we'll be overseas for a while yet). Which secondaries will end up in - two local schools seem to be converting to academies so no info available.
As well as schools how is the commute to London? WIll I get a seat? ANd thoughts on the area in general?
