Ever wondered how much exercise your child should be engaged in every day?

NHS guidelines* that children under 5 years old should be exercising for 180 minutes. Active play being the best way for this age group to be physically active. Being around other children is also important for social development.

Backflip Performers is a children's gymnastics club which has over 500 kids attending classes every week all around South West London.

Gymnastics is fantastic for children's bodies, it helps them to develop all the key aspects of fitness such as,

core stability
flexibility
stamina
strength
spatial awareness

What better way for your child to be active, fit and healthy than the productive, educational and fun activity of gymnastics.
