Just to let you know that the Natural Pain Relief workshop date has now changed to Sunday 17th November (was 10 Nov) but will still be in Cheltenham. If anyone is interested in attending, I would be happy to explain more on the phone.
The workshop teaches deep relaxation skills and birth partners develop a clear role. Hypnosis is like day dreaming and everyone can come out of the "day dream" at will. It is a great way to manage labour.
Free CD after this workshop. This workshop is best attended at the end of your 2nd trimester but some couples attend later than this.
