I am a paediatric speech and language therapist working in Bromley. I have just started a post-graduate course at the Tavistock and Portman NHS trust to learn more about communication, emotional and social development from birth upwards.
As part of the course, I need to find a family who are willing for me to observe their baby once a week for one hour. This is to support my learning of "the theory" and also see how a baby and parents interact...and how this develops. This weekly observation ideally needs to start from as near birth as possible (i.e. within first few weeks after birth) until the child reaches 2 years of age.
