Look at Flackwell Heath, Little Kingshill, Great Kingshill, Hughendon Valley as all gave great schools. Central Wycombe is a bit iffy so just outside is best and your budget will get quite a reasonable house, but obviously some areas are more expensive than others. Why don't you look on the Ofsted web site and look at school reviews within 3 miles of High Wycombe town centre? This will flag up the best ones and then you can search for houses in those areas/villages?
