I am thinking about starting a new business focussing on providing homestyle curry and rice to workers on this estate at lunchtime. There would be a choice of two curries every day, one veg the other non-veg. I would deliver it to offices.
Does any one know about the current lunchtime arrangements for workers of any of the companies based in Maylands? There seems to be a lack of lunchtime outlets at the moment. Is there a reason why? I know that some companies have canteens but is there something else stopping alternative food outlets?
Any ideas about how to find out about demand for my curries would be helpful. As would any knowledge about starting a new business in Hertfordshire.
