Me and my dc have lived in rental for a while, we are settled and happy but it is now time to move and by the look of it I can only afford Penge or Catford...
Catford is still slightly cheaper but I am very concern that the morning traffic will make the journey to school a total nightmare in the long run.
I would like to hear from people who live in the areas, pros and cons, or anything you can tell me about really. In a few words what would you advice a single parent with one child to go for.
