hi , we are planning to move to harrow. my son has Down syndrome. i would like to know if any one has any experiences good or bad with special needs services of the council. or what is the general perception of these services. thanks

social work support
home care services
play schemes
short breaks
direct payments
moving into adulthood (transition)
carers assessment
