GP recommendations near Pontcanna

I am new to Cardiff and am keen to register my family (husband, 7 month old son and myself) at a GP practice. One that is good for kids, has a good female doctor and ideally one with more flexible opening hours would be best.
Also would be great to hear about any mother and baby groups, exercise classes etc in the area as I have a few more months of mat leave and am keen to get out and enjoy it as much as possible. Also dont know anybody in Cardiff so would be good to meet a few other mums!.

Probably far too late to be of any use, but Llandaff Surgery is fabulous, especially Dr Arunalandam - she's brilliant with kids, absolutely lovely but also formidable at chasing up hospital appointments for you. They also have open surgery all morning every morning.
