Mother & Baby Fitness Classes

Does anyone know of any fitness classes like buggy fit or post pregnancy fitness around? I'm in Alverstoke but happy to travel Portsmouth or Southampton...

Having donned my Deerstalker hat, I can report back that you can contact Julie Whitehead who runs both an aqua aerobics for mums and babies and also a pilates class also suitable for taking baby along. You can contact her by email - [email protected].

There is definitely a pilates mother and baby class somewhere in Southsea. Not sure if it's the above one. There is an Aqua fit at Roko gym.
