Pregnancy yoga in Twickenham/Teddington?

Anyone know of a pregnancy yoga class in the Twickenham or Teddington area? I am 17 weeks pregnant and am looking to start soon. Preferably one that doesnt cost £14 per session!

Hi there,
I teach prenatal yoga and am moving to Richmond in a few weeks. I plan to set up a class in the area but it may take a few months until we are settled. Alternatively, if you have additional interested friends I would be keen to set up a small weekly group at my home or yours.

Hi, don't know any first hand in Twickers or Teddington but I did attend Sally's Yoga in Isleworth And Vanilla Yoga in Richmond. Both really good.

I know you said not a £14 style one but I really valued my Tuesday evening sessions with www.sundaramama.com/index.html the best money I spent for feeling prepared for birth etc.

Perform Pilates on church street. Cynthia is a great teacher and classes include discussion time which for me was a gentle introduction to my new world! I still go now to her post natal classes with my little boy....and can feel my tummy muscles again :-)
