Buggyfit?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a buggyfit or similar fitness class running in the caldicot area? When I was pregnant the midwife told me there was one running in caldicot castle but I can't seem to find any info on this now. Thanks for any replies

I've heard of this but not sure how local it is. It's ringing a bell though.

There is a Buggyfit in Cwmbran, which is not very near I know, but if you contact Sara Wakefield she may know of someone else who does it near you. Maybe if there's enough demand, she might come and run a class in Caldicot! Worth a shot?
