School advice

I'm looking for a private high school that is nurturing, has small class sizes, values the arts, and is not too cut-throat academically. Any advice? Thanks!

Where in the city are you looking? Have you considered Kelvinside Academy?

Really wanted to send my dd's to my old school, The Park, but it's no longer there so will be really interested to see replies to this.

KA have an open day on Saturday, might be worth a look?

I'm going to be moving form abroad so location is up in the air. Schools will be a top priority. Because of the foreign move I am assuming private schools might handle any differences in the curriculum more effectively than state? Would also be open to State school suggestions.
