Help, country park or similar ideas needed, thanks,

We are hoping to meet up with some friends half way in warwickshire this weekend, ideally a country park with catering and a play area, somewhere near Warwick. We have a dog too and would like to bring him. I have tried google and the national trust and drawn a blank, any suggestions welcome, thank you!

It's ages since I lived there so my info might be out of date. My first thought was leamington. It has Jephson Gardens and Newbold Common. They are both in central leamington and therefore near loads of places to eat.
