hi need some advice lookin to do a will have a son but also a stepson who does not live with us lives with his own mum who is a nasty piece of work and has never worked in her life. iput quite a lot of money toward the house that me and my husband live in with our son when i die how can i sort this so the other mother does not get her hands on anything but the stepchild gets something.
