Cleaner recommendation needed

Hi, we have just returned to London after a number of years away and are looking for a cleaner (no agencies please). We need someone for 4-5 hrs a week in Islington to clean and possibly a small amount of ironing. I'd love to hear from anyone with a good recommendation.
